HPE Principles
-
Anatomy
I observed therapists applying detailed anatomical knowledge to assess patient injuries, understand the cause of pain, and target specific muscle groups during treatments. -
Kinesiology
I saw PTs analyze patient movement patterns, gait, posture, and mechanics to identify functional limitations and guide corrective exercise techniques. -
Exercise Prescription
Therapists developed individualized exercise programs based on patient conditions, goals, and progress. -
Medical Terminology
I learned how clear and accurate medical terminology is used in documentation and communication. This was used mainly during inpatient observation. -
Exercise Physiology
I saw therapists apply principles of muscle function, endurance, energy systems, and recovery to help patients improve overall physical performance.

Personal Philosophy
My personal philosophy is built on compassion, optimism, and a genuine desire to help others. I believe healing involves both the body and mind, so I approach each patient with mindfulness by being present, listening closely, and creating a supportive environment. I value the power of encouragement and positivity, knowing that hope can make a real difference in someone’s progress.
I’m also driven to give back to my family and the community that shaped me. Their support has guided my journey, and I hope to use my future career in physical therapy to serve them with the same care they’ve shown me. As I grow in this field, I’m committed to lifelong learning, personal growth, and becoming the kind of professional who brings empathy, dedication, and confidence to every patient interaction.
