Hello Everyone! I’m Sydney Thompson, a senior at the University of North Alabama studying Exercise Science with a focus in pre-professional studies. I’m passionate about understanding how the body works and using that knowledge to help others improve their health, mobility, and overall well-being.

 

​Alongside my studies, I’ve built a strong work ethic by consistently holding 2–3 jobs at a time, gaining hands-on experience both as a server and as a physical therapy tech. These roles have taught me the importance of communication, empathy, and adaptability, which are skills that I carry into every environment I’m in.

Outside of school and work, I love spending time with my family and friends, going to concerts, and roller skating. Giving back is also a huge part of who I am. I’m always looking for ways to support people who need it most.
